Mascara kam ohne Umverpackung einfach so in Versandtasche gelegt. War total ausgetrocknet, Rücknahme wurde abgelehnt, obwohl ich am nächsten Tag reklamiert habe, Finde ich unmöglich und nicht vertrauenswürdig

It felt as though it was a very old product. When I opened it the mascara was very dry. Not great

Royal blue mascara—natural? Yes, I can’t believe it, but yes. It’s stunning. Makes my whites brighter but otherwise looks natural, after one coat. I think they brought this back and am really hoping they don’t discontinue it, again! I have blonde lashes and this is more flattering than brown or black, by a long shot. It’s become a holy grail! I’m a mascara snob and use both Chanel and YSL blue, but this one is probably the most natural, just b/c of the easy to use brush and natural formula. It’s not an electric blue but it’s more like a flattering neutral blue. I’m sure you could layer to make it more intense, but I can’t tell I’m wearing blue, after one coat, which is the point. Makeup is supposed to be flattering and not look like makeup! LOVE!!!

Restituito immediatamente: mancava addirittura la gommina nella parte superiore del contenitore, oltre a non esserci praticamente traccia del mascara.
