Best way to take your infant swimming.
Don't be swain by all the pretty ones that are just not practical and will tip over. This is very stable and lets your baby enjoy the pool. Easy to inflate, and its perfect the perfect size. It may not be all sparkles and whistles like the others but will do a better job.

Brilliant product, was perfect for my 8 month old son. Kept him secure when we went swimming with him and no issues with it tipping

Great float. Fantastic quality but perhaps a little clunky.
Great float. Functions as expected. We bought this to pack in our case (because who wants to spend £30 on one on holiday???). Took two minutes to blow up by mouth. The only down side is it’s actually quite clunky & I found it quite difficult to put my son in the seat on my own (18months). I actually had to ask a stranger to hold the float while I wrestled his legs in. Over all, good quality & robust but I would probably go for something just round in shape & more basic next time for ease of getting my son in & out (but that is personal preference). In terms of safety, I did not have any concerns at all, and of course that it is the most important factor. My son loved it & seemed super comfortable.

Ok- but floods?
Good float generally , but the leg area is quite tight so the ring fills with water regularly which comes up quite high to the baby’s neck which is a bit of a hazard? The leg holes should be a bit looser to allow the water to flow out.
