Got this pedal six months back and it was very good using it but suddenly stopped working and last two months dint know were is the service station or the seller support because the seller address and contact details I think they are fake ,good product but you won't get any support if it got repaired or stopped working

I got this due to having nerve damage in my hand and trying to move some mouse and keyboard functions to my feet. The Elgato is the only pedal I found that had software that supported multiple functions for each pedal and different profiles, so it was really my only option. That said, what an option to be stuck with! The software is elegant in its simplicity and ease of use, the pedal was immediately recognised by my computer as soon as I plugged it in, and I am constantly finding more use cases for it as I go. I like that it came with a really good quality braided cable and extra springs so you can choose the tension you like on the pedal, and the plastic free packaging is a nice bonus. My only gripe, and it's a small one, is that when I have my rubber soled slippers on it can be difficult to figure out which pedal I have my foot on, but that's because of the nice compact design, so it's a fair trade-off.
