Wow. This product surpassed my expectations. I was looking for a solution for a brick wall and I didn’t want a bunch of holes in it. The STAS rail is screwed into the mortar between the bricks at the top of the wall. From there, I can slide the cords along the track and position them where I want them. I can put as many zippers as I need and can change my mind as much as I want. For this image I used all the cords and zippers that came with the rail system. I purchased 4 additional cords and zippers, which I used all of. I think the steel cords are more attractive than the plastic cords, but in the end, one doesn’t really notice the difference as they both blend in to the wall. The whole thing is beautiful as well as functional. I just ordered another rail for the opposite wall in the same room.

The pics show the two units , 9 feet each, installed on two walls in our condo.It takes patience and accurate measurements to install but once installed it looks good.I started finding the mid point first. Screwed in brass connector and worked out at 12"Cables install/work better one way than other ie: they slide easier. So test the first one and you'll figure it outWe bought 3 and now have one we can't use as I think it is too difficult/dangerous to install in stairwell and return cost looks to be more than feasible so I may sell on marketplace :/

Works great for certain applications. Excellent solution for when you don't want to put picture hooks in walls. I installed this above wood paneled wall and looked great and worked perfectly. Easy to install with basic tools. I would recommend.
