A bit bendy
Had a mashed this shape before and it was amazing but this one is just too flimsy and bends quite easily.

Kitchen Craft Professional Stainless Steel Long Oval Handled Masher
This is an excellent masher. Points to note include:(1) EFFICIENT - Initially, I was a little sceptical that the holes may perhaps have been too big - I was completely wrong. The end result is a uniform mash with no lumps.(2) STRONG & ROBUST - The masher is made from strong stainless steel and is a decent thickness [see photos]. Personally, I do not see this buckling under pressure / weight, it seems to be sturdy and robust. Also, I find it takes very little effort to mash the potatoes themselves because it is so strong it just glides through the potatoes.(3) SHAPE - FRONT CURVATURE / HALF SIZE OVAL - The curvature at the front makes this easier to use in rounded pans. Also, being a half sized oval shape [rather than a full oval like some other mashers], I find this helps with manoeuvrability.(4) SIZE - It is a good overall size. I have taken down the approximate measurements with tender love and care:- TOTAL HEIGHT [top to bottom excluding hook loop at the top] = 23.5cm- HANDLE LENGTH [handle area excluding hook loop at the top] = 11cm- LENGTH - BASE OF MASHER = 6.5cm- WIDTH - BASE OF MASHER = 6.5cmI like that it is a decent height, as one can potentially burn themselves with mashers that have shorter handles, if one tries to mash hot potatoes [as I have a tendency to do]. The smaller size of the 'mashing area' means it can be used in smaller pans/bowls.OVERALL: A strong and robust masher that does its job efficiently and at a reasonable price. Recommended.

Good quality potato masher
I was really pleased when this arrived because you can't always tell from a picture what the quality is like. It is better quality than I expected, sturdy, easy to use, easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this product =)

Painful Bendy masher
Welcome to one of my very few Amazon reviews. I usually don't bother, but I feel people need warning about this product. On its very first use the handle of this masher simply bent, apparently overwhelmed by my potatoes and sweet potatoes. Usefully it is trivially easy to straighten the handle again, but since it just folds again on next use I can't help wondering whether it's not just my instance of this masher but the whole design of this product that is flawed. My next masher will have two supports for its mashing surface.Should I have been able to exert much force on my potatoes the hanging ring at the top of the handle is just a painful inconvenience. It beggars belief that 199 out of the 276 reviewers of this patently defective product have given it not four- but a maximum five-star review. When you find this review in retrospect, having purchased the product, please consider marking all the reviews that mention "bent" as helpful.

Very sturdy easy to clean
Had one like this but was worried this wouldn’t be strong enough but so much stronger than my old one. Comes out of the dishwasher clean every time

A strong masher
I bought this for my daughter as I`ve had the same one for years and it's still going strong. Although it looks an unusual shape it does a good job of mashing anything and will keep its shape. It`s good at getting to the bits around the edges of a pot compared to the one with the wiggles .
