Amazing
I didn't think they would help my neuropathy very much but, they do wonders. I put them on for about 12 hours at nighttime and when I take them off the pain and stinging are gone. There is just a little stinging on the very bottoms of my feet but, I can live with that. One suggestion though....size up one size. They run small.

Better than taking drugs
I purchased these about 2 weeks ago to help me with my neuropathy that I have now for 6 years. I tried gabapentin for 6 weeks and all it did was make me drowsy and helped me fall asleep. Nothing else. Two podiatrists said they could not find anything wrong and what do I want them to do. The third one has me rolling a water bottle under my feet for about 15 minutes each and some stretching exercises. These braces have made my feet feel a lot better. I wear them from the time I get up until I have dinner around 6:00. I feel better and hope that these help me even better. I was not sure how much compression I needed so I tried medium for my 9 1/2 wide feet. They are a little hard to get on but after that I don't feel like there on, but I walk better during the day. I recommend these if you're like me that doesn't want to drugs that only you tired .

Helped with my pain for a few hours
I bought these compression socks to help with nerve pain from small fiber neuropathy and Parkinson's. I like that the toes are open so my feet don't overheat, and they're comfortable enough to sleep in. I have small feet, size 6.5-7, though, so even the smallest stretch quickly for me and don't do help with compression for long. The socks aren't thick, so they're comfortable, and I like the white and gray color. The size is fine for small, and if your foot is just a bit bigger the compression would probably work better. I did notice some swelling reduced and they helped with my pain for a few hours, so that's worth the money for me. I just wish the compression were a bit stronger and there was more than one pair included. A bit pricey for only one, especially if your feet sweat and you need to wash frequently. Overall, these are better than others I've tried, but not as strong as or tight as I'd hoped.

I can actually sleep in them!
as someone who HATES things touching my feet while sleeping and actively avoids wearing socks, these are great. they provide the compression needed to keep my arthritis in my ankles under control, same for the swelling, they are comfortable, very comfortable and my toes can breathe at night which is incredibly important. The patterned areas are meant to go on the 'ankle' side if you are confused at which part of the hole you stick your foot through, and the patterns themselves are woven very tight so they constrict quite well, but not too much, which is exactly what I wanted I've worn these barefoot outside in the garden while gardening, covered them in mud and walked through my chicken coop and run with them on without shoes, they havent frayed or become damaged [so far] and I like that a lot. my only real complaint is the price. 10$ for A SINGLE PAIR of socks is outrageous. for 10$ you can buy a 6 pack of knee length compression socks right here on amazon, and these don't have the knee length or the toes! less fabric means LESS COST. if they sold these in a multipack for the same price, I would buy them again in an instant but due to the high price for one single pair of socks and the sheer fact you cannot wear the same pair of socks indefinitely, I have to lower the rating. as for the rest swelling: vastly reduces the swelling in my ankles. I've had deep pitting edema for over a year, and for the first time in over a year I got to see my beautiful ankle bones again. color: lovely shade of grey-blue, not like the package shows, it's a very washed out blue, slightly teal but not bright at all. thickness: thick but not unbreathable. it's a good balance of quality.

love it
I broke my 4th n 5th metarsal about 9-10 weeks ago .. orthopedic Dr said I didn't need my bulky boot anymore but the baby bone still had some healing to do. he showed me an Ortho shoe n not only was it ugly but I thought this was a better choice... bc I can wear it alone or under socks. it is super comfortable compression n just the right fit. I ordered a medium n I'm a size 7-7.5 women's. would def recommend

Diabetic neuropathy
I bought these for my father, who is diabetic and was experiencing a stabbing pain on the top of his foot from neuropathy. He was in pain every day and it was even keeping him up at night. These have worked wonders for him! He wears them throughout the day and has had such significant relief that he no longer needs to wear them at night. He went from constantly complaining about his foot hurting to having virtually no complaints at all. Seeing him comfortable again has been such a relief for our whole family. He also had a friend with foot pain that was not caused by diabetic neuropathy, possibly plantar fasciitis or something similar, and unfortunately, these did not provide nearly as much relief for him. For diabetic neuropathy-related foot pain, though, these have been a game changer for my dad. His relief is our relief!

Best of both worlds, compression where you need it.
The neuropathy in my toes is very painful at times and I could not stand the full toe support stocking but these socks work beautifully for what I need. They have stopped the swelling around my ankle bone and reduced the pressure in ankle. It is easier to walk and I am pain free since my toes are not compressed together.
