Fantastic machine. If you use paper filters with the existing filter, you can then just throw the paper filter and coffee after each brew. Means the filter that comes with the machine is clean! No mess no fuss.. Works beautifully once I realised I need to press auto brew twice each night to get the pre-set timer that I set, so that at 7.15 the machine starts, and waking up to freshly brewed coffee is a dream! No more black sink or scooping out coffee from a ceramic pot I had. No more getting up and faffing around with coffee and washing, boiling the kettle etc etc.... Now the smell of freshly brewed coffee is a magnificent start to the day. I recommend pressing the aroma button to full bean! and the temp to hot. This equals a perfect cup of coffee... The machine is a sleek and beautiful design and I have to say brilliant! It beeps 3 times when it's ready and takes roughly 15 mins to fully brew a 10 cup amount. This gives about 4 or 5 big cups or mugs worth.. What can I say.... it's wonderful!!!!!

Really nice little unit. Firstly solid. A bit of a plastic feel on the handle. But on the whole. Pretty good. Fits well in the kitchen and is easy to use. The manual obviously has not been opened, Anything that you can't figure out without the manual is of a poor design.... so this passess the ease of use test.

Good design, nice features, easy to use. Removable water tank, washable filter (paper filter saves you time n' hassle in cleaning), aroma setting, auto-clean, easy-read display is very clever. Very happy so far. At the time of order had some concern because the of many complaints, and negative comments, but all that is mainly due to ignored maintenance needs I think, that have to be done on a machine used daily. If you keep the advised maintenance , it'll serve you for long I guess. Great Coffee Machine! Thanks!

This product is the worst AEG item I have ever had... and I have had washing machines microwaves etc etc. It looks good on my worktop but for the price I expect it to work for longer than 6 months and not just look good... I want it to work!! It starts and then beeps and switches itself to keep warm before even one cup has been made... if I fill it to make a full jug well, that is just way too much to ask ! It just isn't fit for purpose.... so don't buy this if you want something to actually make your coffee, if on the other hand you want a worktop ornament to look the part and don't intend to use it then it'll be fine. :-((

Perfect coffee every time, keep warm does just that so no more stewed coffee. Very pleased with this one, well worth the money. The features are in the coffee making not the coffee grinding etc which often textures in the more expensive machines. Very happy with my purchase.

How do I keep the coffee warm for longer than 40 minutes? While I don't want stewed coffee it usually takes anything up to two hours for me to drink the coffee I make. The alternative at the moment is to drink it all in 40 mins or keep brewing every time I want a cup. I would be happy to rate this machine higher if someone can solve this little problem? Maybe I'm being sent a message that I should drink less coffee.....not an option I wish to explore at this time.

Initial impressions were good, it worked wel. However after 10 months of usage it started behaving erratically asking to change filter where we have a mesh one, only brewed half the water and stopped etc. Just checked my date of purchase it was 14th November 2015 so no longer covered by the warranty. Always used bottled water but it still spewed white chalky stuff too so needless to say it's going to the bin. Also do not recommend putting the jug in the dishwasher the lid gets warped. All in all badly executed and inferior quality.

We love it! It does everything it says on the tin. The only thing that is annoying is the keep warm function that only lasts 45 min. Our previous Philips coffee maker kept the coffee warm for two hours. We just turn it back on when it turns off. Other than that, the big 12 cup glass pot is amazing, your not constantly making refills when hosting a brunch or dinner. It also looks super.

Da meine Maschine ihre Arbeit geleistet hat und nicht mehr funktioniert, habe ich mich entschlossen mir eine neue Kaffeemachine zu kaufen, eine die gut aussieht und viele Funktionen hat, mit Timer usw. Nun bin seid heute Besitzerin dieser tollen AEG Kaffeemaschine PremiumLine 7Series KF 7800... sie wurde pünktlich geliefert und war mega verpackt.Beim auspacken schon das erst super okay,sieh einfach hammermäßig aus, auch die Funktionen sind einfach zu verstehen fast selbsterklärend, alle Funktonen habe ich natürlich auprobiert und ich muss sagen alles super, auch der Endsignalton ist genial, also wenn ich eine Kaffeemaschine empfehlen würde dann diese

El pasado lunes recibi la cafetera y ya la hemos robado. Estoy encantado con ella. Grande, robusta,bonita, rápida, y lo mas importante, hace un cafe magnifico. Sin duda la mejor cafetera de goteo que nunca he visto.

après plus de 6 mois d'utilisation je suis ravi de cet achat café très bon meilleur que dans une cafetière filtre traditionnel relativement simple d'utilisation programmation très appréciable

Optisch Super. Der Kaffee ist heiß deswegen zwei Strene. Mehr kann ich nicht geben. Die Heizplatte ist jetzt schon richtig zerkratzt. Ich habe die Maschine im Februar 2015 gekauft. Der Tropfstop funktioniert auch nicht wirklich, wenn man mal zu schnell nach dem piepen die Kanne raus zieht läuft der Kaffee aus dem Filter schön auf die heiße Platte. Beim ausschenken des Kaffees in die Tasse sollte man gleich ein Tuch darunter legen weil ziemlich viel daneben läuft. Bin richtig unzufrieden. Kann die Maschine nicht empfehlen.
