Aspall Golden Malt Vinegar 250 ml (Pack of 12)

First tried this vinegar eating out one night and it made such in impression I had to look online for it when we got home. Not used any other vinegar in over 3 years. We buy 12 bottles at a time and our adult children take some to their homes too. Lovely flavour, good value for money.

Although I normally like vinegar that takes your eyebrows off when you smell it, this is not like that. This is a very flavoured and quite mild vinegar that enhances the flavour of food rather than overpowering it. I won't say I won't buy strong vinegar again because I will but this is extremely well priced for twelve bottles and is not that easy to find in the supermarkets near me.

I always assumed vinegar was vinegar but had this in a restaurant and now can't go back to any other brand (including Sarsons). There's a depth of flavour to this one that is unique, just a shame it's now impossible to find in store.

I really like this vinegar and prefer it to all others. It has a more mellow taste than the usual Malt vinegar, which can be quite harsh. The smaller size bottles suit me and I prefer the slim style too. Very happy with my purchase.

This vinegar tastes like vinegar used to taste when we were young. I don't think that it can be beaten for taste

This is exactly how vinegar used to taste 30 years ago from you're local chippy. really has a nice deep vinegar taste, on your fish and chips it is literally eye watering.
