I applied it from root to tip and left on while doing the rest of my shower routine. After styling, my hair felt super hydrated and shiny! Definitely wouldn't use it more than once a week but highly recommended for those with bleach and heat damage.

this is an amazing hair mask I cannot rave about it enough. after use, it makes my hair feel a million times better, is very hydrating and leaves my hair feeling soft. I've had compliments on my hair since using this, would definitely recommend it.

I decided to give this moisturising mask a go as i like to go to the local pool so my hair often feels a little out of condition.It has a rather pleasant smell and is a rich creamy consistency. It doesn't actually say whether it's best used before or after shampooing so I decided to try it after instead of my usual conditioner. It does say to leave it on for two minutes but I probably left it a little longer before rinsing.My hair does feel lovely and soft and it has a shine to it. I think that this is probably something to use once or twice a week for that little bit extra conditioning.My only negative would be that I would have liked a foil cover over the cream or a security tag.
