I do not drink caffeine and this bar was perfect for me
Tried these when doing the Mammoth March hike. At mile ten ate the bar. It was not super sweet, and it was not sticky. or crumbly. It was a good consistency; I was able to hike and eat without issue. Easy to eat-it did not stick to teeth nor dry my mouth out. The flavor was good, I tasted a bit of blueberry, it was not overly flavored. I guess the flavor was soft, if that makes sense. I did not get "hyped" or jittery (I do not drink coffee or caffeine). No stomach issues or raised heart rate. I felt a burst of energy and kept on. Really impressed with this bar. Highly recommend for any endurance sports or if you are pulling a long day. I did try a different bar last year, Wake. 15 miles into that hike, I threw up- it was too much for my system (it was also peanut butter flavor and it was heavy and sat in my stomach for a bit waiting for an out). So I am a fan of Verb and will order again- totally worth the price.

I really like these energy bars they’re a great pick me up when needed without the caffeine jitters like other energy bars I have tried.

THE BEST LIL ENERGY BAR
I LOVE THESE! I normally don’t like energy bars or like granola bars but these are so good! Chewy, perfect size, good taste. If you’re a person who likes to work out in the early morning, this is the PERFECT little bite to eat before & give you some extra energy.

Tasty but expensive
I've been eating these for a few years. I like this flavor. Verb has almost doubled the price in the past two years. I'm not thrilled about that; I might stop buying them.
