Compression Stocking Aid - Large Healthcare

This is really really great!I can now put on those DVT socks easily without any help. This is worth every penny!Other reviews mentioned that the plastic broke after extended usage. I can't see this is a problem the item is made of strong plastic any stronger plastic would detract from its functionality - if mine broke I would buy another - the easy of use is worth it

It split down the back after a few uses

Well I've tried a few of these bent wire types without success. This seems to work pretty well except I find the cord a bit thin for me to grip. A little body lotion on the back of my legs helps it to slide out OK. I use this with class.2 compression hose. Now, 6 months later, I find that the item compresses too much width ways and I have a terrible time trying to put my foot through a very restricted opening. I would guess the stiffness of the plastic is giving way.

this is the only compression stocking aid that I have tried that actually works so I am pleased to be independent- also the stocking take off gadget works well.Unfortunately the first Stocking Aid cracked down the centre after a very short while and I am hoping this will not happen to the new one as they are not cheap.

After having a hip replacement my hubby was trying to help me put the stockings on & it was a nightmare. I was nearly in tears by the time we had achieved it. Bought this little beauty & socks were on in 5 minutes with no pain & more importantly no arguments. Worth its weight in gold. Don’t know how long it will last, but seems pretty robust to me. Thoroughly recommend.

Absolute rubbish & was advised not to use.

This product is no good!!! I have had this product for less then 4 months and it has snapped into 2!! I was going to send it back to the supplier only to find they only guarantee this for 1 month, what kind of guarantee is that? I am a disabled woman who has to wear support socks what am I to do now?!!!!

Had many of these and overtime the plastic hardens and cracks. However it is the oyster product my father can use to put on his compression stocking and if you are careful they last well

HilfT nur bedingt: Man braucht zum Aufbringen bereits einige Kraft in den Finger. Später braucht man im Fuss selbst eine gewisse Kraft um den Strumpf über die Zehen, Vorderfuß und Ferse zu bekommen. Auch muss man dazu im Knie bzw. im Oberkörper ein relativ große Beweglichkeit haben.Einen Kompressionstrumpf Klasse 2 kann ich damit auf das gesunde Bein aufziehen, mit Aufwand, Kraft und Beweglichkeit des Beines. Derzeit jedoch nicht jedoch auf ein verletztes, geschwächtes Bein, welches den Kompressionstrumpf benötigt.Im Klinikumfeld habe ich dazu eine bessere Vorrichtung erlebt; finde dazu jedoch nichts entsprechendes im Internet oder im Sanitärfachhandel.Zun Anziehen von normalen Strümpfen/Socken geht diese Vorrichtung jedoch auch.

Ordine ricevuto in modo rapido e puntuale , Purtoppo ho trovato molte difficoltà dopo aver infilato la calza che è di classe 2 ( e nelle descrizioni prodotto c'è scritto che supporta sia classe 1 che classe 2 ) il tutto si è stretto parecchio da aver non potuto infilare il piede . Presumo che con calze non così forti funzioni ottimamente .

mit dieser anziehilfe bekommt man auch sehr strenge kompesatzionsstrümpfe über die ferse. allerdings rutscht sie nicht sehr lange gut. etwa bei eigechremten beinen ca. 10 tage. danach tropfe ich einige tropfen Massageöl auf die Innenfläche und verteile es mit einem Papiertaschentuch gleichmäßig. auch lässt die weite der halbröhre mit der zeit nach und sie wird enger. durch mein ständiges aufdehnen ist sie nun nach 10 monatigen täglichen gebrauch, der länge nach gesprungen. daher habe ich mir sofort eine neue bestellt, da sie das beste um über die ferse zu kommen ist
