Sweet Chonker!!
I wasn't sure what to expect since it was 50% off & cost me around $18. But I really like this knife! Thick & wide, perfect fit for your palm. The burlap micarta feels so good & the back spacer/lanyard hole is the same material. Access to the lock bar is perfect. The edge is out of the box sharp & nice blade steel. Action is smooth & the detent is just right. It came centered & is so comfortable, no hot spots. This may be the best deal for the money you can buy. Highly recommend to all.

Definitely a chonky form factor, but different
This thing is heavy and solidly built. The blade is short but very wide. It's kind of a strange, but unique, design. The problem is that's being a pocket knife, this width takes up more space in your pocket than an normal/narrower pocket knife would.I bought this when it was on sale for $17...for a 14C28N blade, it couldn't help myself and pulled the trigger. I usually take apart my knives once I get them to clean out all the excess oil and machining debris and lube it up with Krytox 205G0 to make it really smooth. The problem was that they knife has a really stiff detent out of the box. I suspected that it was due to the excess burr that was surrounding the detent ball hole. I had to take a dremel and chamfer the side so that the ball would disengage smoothly. Once the pivot screw was adjusted just right, it flew open with no problems. I was surprised to see they had skeletonized the steel liners, but it still didn't make this knife feel noticeably lighter. The micarta scales are nice, not too smooth, but no rough edges. The shape is like a river rock in your hand with lots of smooth edges. It makes it easy to grip, and if you need to put a lot of force through a cut, the chonky blade should be able to handle it with no problem.Overall, this is a good knife...but the heft and weird shape keep it out of my pocket for daily use.

VERY GOOD small EDC knife
I have lots of knives. This one is my go to EDC more often than all the others. The grip shape, size, and texture is spot on. VERY good to hold, and I have big hands. The blade design is very useful in all situations. Flips easy and locks securely. Releases easily as well. The steel sharpens very well and holds its edge excellent. I can take it to work, and when I pull it out, people don't feel threatened. Not the prettiest knife in my collection, but the one I take to work more often than all the others. Looking for a good small work knife? Buy with confidence.

Worth the wait !
Bought it on sale on a whim after seeing it on a social media post . It is easily my favorite EDC ! Feels great in hand , the action is incredible, pivots on bearings and the pig head on the blade is appropriate !

Nice knife period, a steal when on sale
I bought this solely to have a stubby knife in the collection because the sale price ($17 when I bought) was too good to pass up. I'm really impressed with this though. The micarta isn't the best compared to other brands (QSP and Civivi in my experience) but just getting micarta at this price point is rare. Same with the Sandvik steel. The micarta backspacer (which doubles as the lanyard hole on this stubby design) is also a really nice touch Again for any knife it's nice, at this price point its rare.Sharpness - out of the box, plenty sharp to cut effortlessly. We'll see how the edge holds with use.Action - just about perfect for me. The heft and size of the handle help so I have something to hold onto when flipping it open, but it's smooth and solid. The bevel on the handle offers a nice place for hte index finger to grab hold. There's enough lock in the closed position that it won't open unexpectedly, but flipping it is easy.Lock - lockup I'd call great, about 40% so there's room to loosen up without going too far towards 100%. There's no blade play that I can detect in the open position either.Centering - my eyes tell me it's close to centered if not perfectly so. No complaints here.Jimping - there isn't much, just a few grooves on the very end of the blade.Ergos - I find them surprisingly good. It's a stubby shape but it fits my hand naturally, and the bevels on the handle offer a great place for the index finger to wrap around for good grip.Really the only drawback if you can call it that is the look. It's 'love it or hate it' but, you know what it looks like before buying. If you like the look, you can't go wrong for $17 (or even $30).We're spoiled right now with choice of quality knives at sub $50 prices. Finding one this good for $17 is, well, I feel like I just won something haha. Looking forward to adding this into the EDC rotation.

Heavy!
Solid and sharp but, like carrying a 5lb weight around. If you're one of those that go around saggin' this ain't for you. Great around the house knife but, not one for the pocket.

It's decent
It's a chunky fat little blade. The quality and action is good. Blade steel is one of my favorite budget steels and is much better than D2. My only small gripe is I wish they made a cutout in the blade to give you a second deployment option since they already cutout the handle to give you better lock bar access. I find myself putting my thumb there to deploy the blade realizing you can't do it. Would be nice if you could spydie flick the knife open or use your thumb the traditional way. All that being said for what I paid for it and having 14c28n I'm still pretty happy with it.

Great Steel at a Value
This knife came recommended from an online knife forum. It's made from a high quality, metallurgically-sound steel, sold at a price point well below what it feels it should be. The blade came sharpened and pre-oiled right out of the box. This knife is "chunky" but feels good in the hands. The knife has a high quality factory edge that is consistently sharp. This knife punches well above its weight class for the price. Recommended tool for just about any purpose.
