Smart Control to heat!
Good product, and value. Easy to fit and to operate. Only thing, I did think it was a full timer device, albeit it does switch of on the Eco function after two hours. Great little LED to indicate functions. And provides a nice low level illumination in the washroom for those late night dashes!!! Fast delivery, and worth the try!

Looks good does well
Attractive fitting, does exactly what’s necessary and easy to use, but proved difficult to fit because all six wires attach at the top with the exit being at the bottom. Seems a bit expensive for what it is. Just installed and works well but will update as necessary.

Towel Rail controller
Very good controller lower priced than the same dimplex design which I have . It would appear to have the same functionality as the Dimplex.

Working well so far.
Bought to replace another model that our plumber had sourced from Screwfix and which conked out after a few months. This one seems to be doing its job well. It's in our bathroom so the constant bright blue light doesn't bother us but it could do if you had it in another room. This is quite a good alternative to a thermostat on your electric towel rail, offering various lower power and a short boost function. I still think a thermostat is a better option although quite a lot more expensive.

Perfect for the job.
The kudox heating element controller I ordered replaced the same unit that failed after nine or so. Very reliable and perfect for the job.

Cable connectors too small.
The connectors inside this switch couldn't fit my thick copper wires. There was no way I was going to fit two into each connector, so unfortunately I returned it for a refund.

A Great Concept, but Quality Issues or Flawed Design?
A great device for regulating the temperature of a heated towel rail (with 250W heating element), but this is the third one I've had as the first one (bought from a well known high street DIY store) kept turning itself off randomly. That was exchanged under warranty, and the replacement worked fine for a couple of years until now, where the replacement did not regulate at all, and the towel rail was on all the time - even when turned off on the controller! Lets see how we get on with this one, but I fear it will not last!!!
