It's not sturdy and the 5 star comments is questionable. We tried the ones at the physio and the previous one that had was solid and sturdy, The current one they had was similar to the one here which felt wobbly esp if you lengthen it and my son is only 5' 11" which I would think is average height of caucasians. Plus it was about 1/2 the price. The physio asked us to look around for another. Kinda feel disappointed on this purchase that doesn't justify the cost.

I plan to use the crutches after my knee replacement surgery, on stairs and in places, where the clunky walker cannot go. I cannot speak to durability yet since I have only practiced with the crutches a few times, but they are comfortably lightweight yet seem sturdy enough.

The crutches were really good but I have torn my bicep muscle and it is rolled up on my forearm and where the top of the crutch comes around the arm it was causing pain in my muscle. Otherwise they would have been great.

Arm supports for the arms are too for a big arm. Could not use

Just what I wanted and just as they were advertised.
