Look - perfect, packing was goodDelivery done on timeAssembly service done at the time of delivery3 star less because assembly instructions guide was not provided hence person who came to assemble bed struggled to join it.Also for middle compartment there is no support for plywood hence if someone is standing in the middle then plywood is going inside. We added extra support by our own for safety.Durability - need to check not sure how much durable it is but as middle support is not good dont think so much durable coz even after standing on 6 inch mattress it is going inside.

Bed looks amazing. Packing was good delivery on time. Let's see it's durability...seems like runs well if u don't move the product now & then.Only complaint is easy fix installation technicianThey make you cry...... That's fore sure
