Omega 3
I chose this particular omega 3 because it is a lower dose. I did ask my rheumatologist if it is OK to take fish oil he told me he had lots of patients that take fish oil. At this point I have not actually felt any relief in my joints yet. But have only been taking it for a few weeks.Plus I only take it once a day I should probably take it more. But I am taking it for other reasons as well as it’s supposed to be good for other ailments and your health.

Much better than fish oil
Great product, I've been taking it every morning for several years. I wish I had known it existed years ago, as I hated fish oil! No funny tastes and they are easy to swallow.

recommended by ConsumerLab
I got this brand because it was recommended by ConsumerLab.com as a version of vegan version of EPA and DHA. I can't really tell if it is doing something, but it is supposed to help with headaches, endurance, cognition. I suppose that will take years to figure out.

Easy to swallow & taste is not unpleasant
Easy to swallow & taste is not unpleasant, I take one a day to save them but I hope they do improve my mental capabilities (it's just been a week)...or for good measure.

Overall, I think this product is pretty substantial. Most vegans and vegetarians don't get a lot of DHA/EPA because of the lack of fish oil in our diet. Algae is what fish eat, and my philosophy is why eat the middle man? Eat the source! I don't want to say that I "feel" good just because I take this, but I haven't seen any negative side effects and if I take about 1-2 of these a day, I can meet at least some requirement for my omegas! The only thing I don't like about this is the carrageenan.
