First I will say these countercades,so long as you buy new,come very well packed in a very thick,tough box which is inside of another box!So,rest assured that it will survive shipping and some good impacts.The Arcade itself is beautiful and well made.Its got some good weight to it.The screen is also really nice.The speaker is much louder than expected and has much more bass aswell.It gets very loud and sounds awesome!Full size controls that work great.All 3 MK games look,run and play flawlessly.For demo mode for each game you don't even have to select the game.You can stay on the game select screen and which ever game is highlighted,it will play the demo in a minute if you don't touch any buttons.I love this thing and everything about it!My one and only complaint is,the protective plastic that you peel of the screen and controls before using it is a pain to get off.Other than that,I have zero complaints.Can absolutely recommend this awesome countercade 100%!

The game is fun to play and visitors just love them. They are not too small or straining to the eyes to have extensive playing. Good buy and satisfying.

UPDATE ON MY REVIEW: Jetboxed reached out to me to rectify the situation. They compensated me for my purchase and were very apologetic that it happened. I have always supported small businesses and if I need to, I would purchase from this seller again. I’d give the customer service 5 stars. Severely disappointed in this purchase. We bought this as a gift for Christmas this year and had to return it. It was immediately noticeable that it was not brand new. The box was torn open and the plastic was already removed from the screen and where the buttons and joysticks sit. I noticed a customer prior had said they returned it due to the run button not making the player run but instead made them block. We checked it and that is exactly what this one did too. Which only tells me that we were sold that persons arcade game. Again, all around disappointed.

Really good concept, screen was big enough to enjoy. All the buttons and joystick were loose and not responsive when I tried using it. The run button made the character block and not run. Requested refund. Not worth the cost.
