This is a great toothbrush that will clean really well. its not soft and not too hard, so medium is correct. it feels very close to the tello brand toothbrush which was a medium as well just much cheaper. This is a tad bit harder than the other one so it should help me clean the back of teeth better. I dont have sensitive gums or anything so I can use the harder toothbrushes

Like think about something good, and then even something better, then yes these are even better. I like how they are soft to the touch but yet sturdy. You get 10 of these! Unbelievable. This is the deal of the century. Now you use these with toothpaste otherwise they are useless, capisc? Remember that bamboo is a wood, so keep these away from woodpeckers

I ordered the medium brushes, but I found them to be softer than the other soft brushes I already use. And the wood began to get moldy at the bottom because it soaked up water from other brushes in the container holding other plastic t-brushes as well as mine. Well made, but I was disappointed.
