This is my new favorite’s record juice I love the flavor it has no after taste. The powder dissolves easily in my water bottle and give my muscles just what they need after a great workout. It gives me a boost of energy after my workout.

Only a 4 because the flavor profile is weak. Now, I am putting it in 40 oz tumbler with ice but most other companies need more water for the flavor to not overpower. Other than that, its a good product. I wish there were more flavors. I'm not big on the other flavor, so common, though. I purchased passion fruit. I like there are no artificial sweeteners and that is all the aminos, not just EAS or BCAA, but both. That's not so easy to find.

I got this for my husband and I to build ourselves up as we are taking some B1 which makes it necessary to take some more supplements to compensate for the body rebuilding itself. HOW IT COMES This is a really tall jar which has a screw on lid. I did not find any scoop inside. SCOOP It takes about a teaspoon of powder to make a drink. I found an old scoop which was about right and put it in. I wish this came with a scoop. FLAVOR This tastes good. We both dislike stevia, but this is pretty well balanced. DOES IT HELP? This does seem to help when I need a boost during the day and need some amino acid support as well as electrolytes. THE BOTTOM LINE This has helped a lot with boosting our bodies as we go through B1 therapy. It is also good for working out and keto use. MY RATING FIVE STARS. We expected this to gag us with stevia, but were surprised. It is really good.

The directions say to use 11g with 10-12oz of cold water, but my bottle is small, so I adjusted accordingly. And also I'm small, so I probably don't need quite as much? Anyway - to be honest, I mostly got it to try out the flavor. 🙃 And I don't happen to care for it, but I'm not rating it based on that, as that's just a personal preference. But it's also made it difficult for me to be consistent about having it. As far as its effects - I really haven't noticed anything, but I tend to exercise in a piecemeal manner with a set scattered here and there throughout the day, rather than in a solid 45-60 minute block like I think a lot of people do. So when it says to take it "immediately post workout" and optionally "15-20 minutes prior to, or during workout", there's not really a way for me to do that. So picking out a rating for it was a bit difficult. I appreciate the bit of electrolytes in it. It seems on the low side to me, unless you use multiple servings, but it's still a nice little boost. I guess it's mainly meant for the amino acids and other things, though. I wouldn't personally get it again, but I think it's fine for its intended purpose. The container came with plastic wrapped around the outside of the lid, and a tamper seal on the inside as well. The one I got in June 2023 expires in January 2026.

I like taking some essential amino acids (EAAs) right after I finish my workout. While some people prefer taking branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), I prefer taking a formula with EAAs because it is more balanced, and specifically includes tryptophan. This can help boost your mood. This formula contains all the EAAs and some electrolytes as well. I like that it is sweetened with stevia and monk fruit rather than an artificial sweetener. It taste pretty good too! I look forward to having this after a long workout.

I have worked out for a few years to improve my health. I used protein powder/shake for a long time but I only got to know BCAA power only recently. I started to add one serving of this BCAA powder to my normal protein shake drink for workout10 days ago. I feel the effect is pretty good. My muscles don't feel as sour as before after I started to use this BCAA product. The taste is good if not great. The powder is pretty easy to resolve in water. The only down side I found is the price. It is a little more expensive than competitor products. Also it is not for people who want protein but can't or don't want workout because you might absorb too much electrolyte if you don't sweat. Anyway, I recommend this product.
