30 Plus Robo Chair - Full Monty Combo

I have been waiting to see a chair that gave me everything I required, i.e. comfort, strength, light to carry, and adaptable to adding items like a side tray, rod rest and umbrella facilities if required. this chair fills all this criteria and more. The price I was expecting to pay to fill this list, following some research was around the £150 mark, happily this chair was in the £90 price bracket, which was a great bonus. I am a 6 foot 6 inch tall 18 stone 55 year old chap, and as such was expecting to have to except the chair I would finally buy would be ... OK, but I am happy to say the 30 plus robo chair is exceptional, and I have not had to compromise in any way with comfort or carefully sitting in case I go through the seat. the chair is fully adjustable too, so I can have it at ideal angles and heights to fit my mood or the terrain I find myself fishing in, buy it and you will not be disappointed.

my wife brought this as a birthday present and managed to get out on the first day of the season , first impressions on quality were excellent ! very tough material , and all fittings ( which are middi ) very well built , On carrying this to the lake from the car park I hardly noticed that I was carrying it , a lot lighter than my previous chair . set up was easy enough just take a while first go to get the rod rest and tray positions to suit your style . OK so a slight floor is that the tilt for the seat back could do with being a little more adjustable but its a minor thing , so much adjustment on the legs , I was set up on a bank with lots of tree stumps and roots ! very comfortable and well built chair ! Give it a season and ill write another review and see how its faired ! if you are looking for a chair of this sort , BUY IT .

I purchased this chair after sending back one half the price that was total rubbish. This chair is easy light easy to set up and it oozes quality. The seat is comfortable and the rests are in a perfect position. The bait tray is very handy too. It is worth paying that extra for something that you are going to spend a lot of time in. I would recommend this product to anyone who loves fishing,

The chair is of excellent quality, light and easily transported. The attachments to the star grips are sometimes difficult to push on and you cannot get the exact angles for the front rest, the other downside is the rear rest, you need to slightly reach back for the rod butt, once assembled and fishing their is slight movement of the rod as you move in the chair but this is discernible from a normal bite. Apart from that the chair is great, it has resolved my back ache problems after 8-10 hour fishing sessions!!

I'll start with the good - solid construction of the chair, decent fabric , looks are good.Unfortunately I do not share the positive comments for this chair. Firstly, I personally found it very uncomfortable because of the very thin padding, low back and short length seat. Like a few others have mentioned, I too found it difficult to adjust to a comfortable position, it either seemed to far forward or to far back. The chair does recline virtually flat, but I don't see the point of a short backed chair reclining in the first instance, as your head is left hanging off the back of the chair in any recline position.The accessories that come with the chair are a good idea, but of poor quality, the tray on mine would not sit level no matter what I tried. The feeder arm is very flimsy and does not instil confidence when rod is on it. The rod rests are really bad quality, very cheap looking and feeling. Finally, the tray did not fit properly into the pocket on back of chair & the brand is Kodex with the colour being dark green and black.

Light weight but sturdy. Very comfortable for long fishing sessions. Great that it comes with all the attachment rod rests and a bait tray. Only downside is the position of the back rest means the rod is easily knocked by your arm. Easily fixed by using a wider feeder type rod rest head on the back bank stick.

Chair and accessories perfect for my fishing needs.

The chair is great very comfortable sturdy the attachments are very flimsy and difficult to position overall this chair is allot of money but I’m afraid not great value!
