**Q: What are the brewing instructions? Anything unusual?**
A: Nothing unusual - they are just like any other tea bag.  It is the only Chinese tea I've found that actually tastes like the tea they serve in many of the Chinese Restaurants - but without the hassle of tea leaves and/or a infuser.

**Q: Does This Contain Caffeine?**
A: The box does not say anything about 'caffeine free.' It is a blend of oolong, jasmine
and green tea all of which have at least some caffeine.

**Q: are these individually wrapped?**
A: Yes and they taste just like the tea you get in the Restaurant

**Q: The side of the box says 20 calories per bag of tea.Where do the calories come from??**
A: Likely a typo

This stuff is the best of all three Chinese tea types :) It is a superb combination of oolong, jasmine, and green teaIt has a slightly astringent, pungent taste which gives it a very high quality. The taste is reminiscent of the old school Chinese restaurants. They would bring steaming tea out in small silver pots and serve it in small round cups with little Oriental designs on them , alongside wide homemade crunchy noodles with mustard and duck sauce on the side :D This makes a phenomenal iced tea. I take three tea bags and steep them in a small four cup Chinese teapot. I let it steep for about 30 minutes and then pour into a mason jar with a little bit of sugar and put it in the fridge. Soooo refreshing served over ice :D
