Nice first aid fanny pack
This is a nice first aid fanny pack to have around. It comes with a blood pressure cuff and a stethoscope but really I don't keep those in the fanny pack. I use this fanny pack when we are out on hikes, camping, other outdoor activities. It holds a good amount of first aid items like bandages, cleaning wipes, alcohol wipes and gauze. The buckle holds well and it tightens and holds. The price is not bad since you do get the bp cuff and stethoscope but if they made a version without those two items for a cheaper price, I think that would be much better. Unless you are a medic, emt, or do something along those lines, you won't be taking blood pressure for every situation. The everyday person will mostly need something for cuts, stings, splinters, sprains etc. Still a nice fanny pack though.

Not first aid pack but a good blood pressure kit and fanny pack with scissors and pupil light.
This is not a first aid or medical supplies kit, it does not have any first aid supplies as you would commonly expect, that does not mean it's not a good kit however but you should be aware of what's in it and what you are getting. You get a fanny pack thats adjustable and made pretty well with good stitching. The back of it has a zippered pouch and in it is a pair of trauma scissors. The front has two zippered pouches. The larger one holds a manual blood pressure cuff and stethoscope. The smaller has instructions a manual a small pen light for checking eye pupil dilations with gauge measurements on the side and extra stethoscope parts. It is a good little kit, the rubber on the stethoscope and blood pressure cuff if good quality and the cuff itself is made well and the velcro holds tightly when taking someones blood pressure. The gauge is easy to read and the needle moves smoothly. The only thing that could be a little better is the air release, it seems to go from a small amount of air release to all of it, not the easiest to control and and you don't have a good feel on the feedback in your fingers as you are turning it, from being locked in as soon as you release it it just feels a little loose. It does work well and the readings are in line with my other manual set and automatic blood pressure set I have. Hope this helps.

Generally a Good Value - With One Caveat - Definitely Not A First Aid Kit
The product description is misleading. It is not an “emergency kit” – adding a bandage scissors and apen light to a Sphygmomanometer does not make this an “emergency kit”. Even the picture of a lifeguard wearing this kit does not make sense – a lifeguard should be pulling people out of water and perhaps providing CPR - not taking their blood pressure.I have someone in my family who has spent forty years in health care and I asked her to give this kit a test. These are her observations:The readings provided were consistent when compared with a professional device and an automatic BP digital device. The instructions provided are informative, accurate, and well written. The stethoscope head is of good quality and sensitive. The BP cuff itself is fine and works as required. The problem is air release valve attached to the blood pressure cuff; it does not permit consistent release of the air after the cuff is inflated which is critical to get an accurate reading. This could be compensated for with continued use but it will require practice and can be frustrating to use.Like any device of this kind, it is not meant for a person to take their own BP – for another person taking someone’s BP it will take an experienced person or person practiced in the control of the air release valve to get consistent and accurate readings. If you are not a professional or someone used to using a device like this, you should ask a nurse or other professional to show you how to use it properly.

Solid kit for quick assessment
This kit serves with quality items as described. Although I didn't see in the advertisement, this kit also included a pupil guage. If familiar with these items and understand their purpose, this is a solid kit to have for home use.
