I purchased this Super Bandz with the Movement Bandz (green). Like I said in my previous review of the Movement Bandz, the split ends of the loop (the infinity loops) allows you to do more different types of workouts that you can’t do with a regular resistant band. However, this Super Bandz has a far more heavier resistance compared to the Movement. I use this specifically on big muscle groups like my quads or biceps (I mainly use this if I want to improve my overall strength); so this is great if you want to build more muscle or improve your muscle tone. Quality: Definitely softer than my previous old resistance bands. And the quality feels more high-end as well. Overall I definitely recommend this to high school athletes or any professional athletes who wants to take their training to the next level. This band is phenomenal to anyone who both likes to workout and travel frequently. This is a travel-friendly workout band with less hassle. For those who have a boxing reflex (like HitNMove Boxing Reflex ): I would highly recommend using this for your boxing workout routine (this goes the same with the Movement Bandz). This band gives you a much more efficient shadow boxing workout.

I was a bit excited to receive this Two8 Bandz band and tried it as soon as I was able after it arrived. I followed videos from their site and added some kicking exercises. It didn't disappoint. It's strong, of high-quality construction, and the integrated loops make it incredibly versatile. I particularly appreciate that the quality of the construction ensures I don't have to be concerned about its durability, as I often am with the latex/rubber resistance bands that I own. I intend to use it for strength training, stretching, and martial arts-focused exercises. I'll get the Movement version next.

So my work is on set often in different cites, states, and countries. I can’t always get to the gym. These bands have saved me so much. I can get a fire work out in my trailer. Easy to transport. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Highly recommend these no cap
