Smaller than expected, they look nice in my resin jewelry but are so hard to pick up & place. Packaging could have been improved for easier use. A retractable type grasping tool would be helpful. Tweezers are not helpful.If you'd like to sprinkle them I guess they are ok. If you are trying to place them properly it is a frustrating nightmare. You need a 3 pronged jewelers type tool if ordering, in my opinion.if
