Horrible this shouldn't be even for sale the product is low quality garbage the stickers are garbage in fact they dont even glue properly and the product came unwrap without the amazon package wich I find absurd I dont recommend it at all and if I could I would give this product a zero .

Itโs helpful for pushups
I buy these exercise fads I see in instagram all the time. Iโm giving this 5 stars because it does what it says. You can easily take the handles out and reposition them. It will last. Itโs understandable. Honestly I donโt know if they help with effectiveness because like most fads we just donโt use it that much.
