Top Gear : Winter Olympics (BBC) [DVD]

.... Unless they are crazy enough to think about it .THIS is winter Olympics with cars and totally insane during the early hours of the "new" Top Gear as a special.This has been possibly achieved only by this mental crew and I guess it will remain still because nobody else would get the testees to do better or crazier.

I love Top Gear and was delighted to find out that the winter Olympics had been released on its own DVD. I have watched it many times and never tire of the endless laughter I get from watching it. I highly recommend this product to any Top Gear lover. If you have never seen Top Gear, I urge you to buy this DVD, you won't regret it!

For some reason, this Special is not included with the TG Specials Box Set, so I bought it separately. As the first Special, it is obvious that the team were feeling their way. Perhaps experimenting with the format. Being the forerunner of the fascinating Specials that followed, it's worth owning to see how it all began.

From the point of a 12 year old boy and his father, this is the DVD to watch time and time again. The usual escapades of messers. Clarkson, Hammond and May, as I said, what's not to like?

A very good DVD from start to finish, and (as it traditional) they save the best till last. The Biathlon and the ski jump are the best bits. The only downside was the reused footage of the bob sleigh from the Revved Up DVD.It's well worth the money and will be great to view year after year after year.

I watched the video at home. It was amazing !!!!

Hopefully as good as the others in this range. Bought for Xmas present so not sure of content.

This is basically one episode of top gear, at under an hour, for 12 quid. Very funny, and a brilliant episode, but thats all it is - one episode. The extras arent worth mentioning (3 minutes 30 of outtakes and some very dull stuff about the stig). Get 'Top Gear:The challenges' instead - same price, even funnier, and has over 3 hours of footage.

Very happy. We love this show.

I bought this knowing that it isn't my region (it's set for Europe/UK, I love in the states) but just having it is awesome. Now I just need to get a player that I can watch it on! :P From what I remember from seeing it on BBC America, it's hilarious.

Everything you would expect in true Top Gear fashion!!!
