Great movie, great actors and great acting.

Gung-ho Action Movie; Plenty Of Killing, But For A Star Of Kurt Russel Reputation Soft Ending.Worth A Watch.

One of my favorite old films, I just simply like the story line, not for everyone.

No point in reviewing the movie as most people have seen it and know if they like it.I had the original DVD of this, with widescreen and 4:3 versions. I usually don’t have high expectations of older movies transferred to Blu Ray, and wasn’t expecting much here, but what I got was a superb Hi def transfer full of detail, with great contrast and colours. If you’re a fan of this movie this is a must have, it’s never looked better.

A special group of soldiers are trained from childhood, they go on many successful missions, a new type of soldiers take their place, the leader of the soldiers replaced believed dead is thrown out onto a planet used as a rubbish dump, unknown to the military a ship crashed on the planet many years ago and have found a home on the planet, the soldier is accepted into the group, a misunderstanding and the soldier is sent out to live alone, meanwhile the military decide they want the planet and send the new super soldiers to kill anything found, the settlers have one hope the soldier they had discardedExcellent Film

Soldier on Blu-ray was a must buy. The image quality alone made it so. Add to the fact that this is sort of a Blade Runner universe story and really the question is why haven't you watched it already? Some reviews will harp on about Kurt Russell's performance being 'wooden', but it's not. What it does is deliver on the implication form the training that teaches him that a good soldier only speaks when he is spoken to. By the end of the movie Russell's character has taken his first steps to regaining his humanity.

This is a movie with depth, great action and thoughtfully raises the pitfalls of creating super soldiers devoid of humanity. Pual Anderson and this film have often been underated but, I feel there is much to enjoy in this science fiction flick.,The picture quality is excellent and the sound like wise. There is action, suspense, drama and a story with a good message, all set in a very creative science fiction environment. And Kurt Russell acts his part magnificently.

Ottimo bluray per questo piccolo gioiellino action mai arrivato in italia! Da recuperare sicuramente. Ottime scenografie, tanta azione, epica, kurt russell al top della forma fisica! Sceneggiatura non banale.

Edição com boa qualidade de vídeo e de som (DTS 5.1) a um preço muito bom. Tem legendas PT-PT, o que é sempre importante.
