This is my second order. Does the job very well and leaves no residue after the tub cleanup.

Average product, smell n all is okayish, but durt cleaning capabilities are not upto the mark.. it should melt the dust but I did not feel it doing so..

First of all the email address received inside the package is incorrect. Second, I wouldnt write you if I were satisfied with the product. I used this product for the first time and used 3 cubes as mentioned. But it wasn't able to clean my washing machine as it claimed. The black stains on the door remained the same. How come it is a descale product? It did not clean the machine as it claimed. Highly unsatisfactory experience.
