This the very best pan I ever bought my whole life! I love almost everything about it — dude, depth, color, weight, handle and cover knob are nice in every way and comfy—glass top is a bit heavy but I don’t even mind—love love love it!

Would not work if you are cooking for more than 3, but for a couple, this is the right size. As far as other aspects, so far so good. Have only had it for 2 months, so I can't attest to the durablity...which seems to be problematic with other pans I have used.

I love this cookware brand. A little pricey - but so well worth it!

I like this pan. Easy to handle and easy to clean

I read a review stating that this product has a pump at center on bottom, that's true. I put a few amount of oil and all the oil ran to the edge of the bottom. and the center, where is the area used to cook was totally dry. I am disappointed because this, it is non-stick and easy to clean, hopefully will stay non-stick. I have to keep monitoring and see what happen with the use.

Inexpensive.....bought for college kid.

I've waited over six months to write this review, and have given the Michelangelo every opportunity to disappoint me. I'm still waiting.I've cooked in it, baked in it, stewed in it, fried, sautéed, everything, and it still keeps coming back for more.The heat retention and distribution are outstanding, the glass lid fits perfectly, and the wooden handle has never needed tightening (although that's possible with a simple turn of the single screw), and neither the lid's round plastic lift nor the wooden handle have ever heated to the point where I've burned myself, no matter how hot the pan itself was at the time.Additionally, nothing(!) sticks to the interior of the pan, and because the entire deep interior is made of the same material(s), all that's necessary is warm water and a soft sponge to clean it.I often cook items that need more time at low heat, then turn the heat off, cover the glass lid with oven mitts, and let the pan do the rest. 20-25 minutes later, the pan is still too hot to touch. Amazing.I don't know if I got lucky or if Michelangelo is still making this quality of pan, but if they are, you'll never regret this purchase.Last thing. I purchased this product with my own $$$ and was not encouraged to write this review or promised any future discounts or promotional considerations of any kind for saying something positive about this product. What I wrote here is just my honest experience with the Michelangelo pan.

Die Wärmeverteilung paßt. Die Höhe ideal für Eintopf, Gulasch, Bolognese...Es brennt nichts an. Pfanne ist leicht zu reinigen und sieht immer aus wie neu.Ich geb sie nie mehr her.

J'apprécie le couvercle en verre, et la profondeur de la poêle. Pour l'instant j'en suis satisfait.

I am a bit late writing a review for this pan but have had plenty of time to try it out. I wouldn't be without it now. It cleans so easily. After frying it usually only needs a quick wipe with kitchen towel and job done. It looks smart and the wooden handle is solid.

this was a really good product for me so far after using it for about 5 month. there are a few minor scratches on it after using it so many times but it's till non stick and it's easy to clean.very good product overall for the price.looking forward to buy more of this brand
