I really didn't expect it to be that good, I used with a porcelain tile to cut the toilet flange hole. It did it very well and surprisingly clean. I used once though, so not so sure about durability but I think as a DIYer, it does the job that I need it for.

I have only had to use one bit to cut holes in more than 20 pieces of glass and a few pottery pieces.  Keep the bit damp with water (I drill through a wet sponge), apply slight pressure and be patient, especially when the bit bit nears the completion of the hole.  I have not had a breakage yet.

Some people left some bad comments, but it worked just fine for me. I used it to cut some holes into some terra cotta trays that I am using to make a bird bath with. If you put water on the diamond cutter while you are cutting the holes, it doesn't crack what you are cutting and it also doesn't wear out the cutter. I would buy this product again.
