ITS PERFECT
I wish I could find more sizes from this Company. I get so sick of getting measuring glasses and having the markings rub off. The fact that these are etched is PERFECT. I wish I could have a smaller one with smaller increments because sometimes a full ounce is more than what I need. But I’ve had this guy a couple of years and it still looks new even though my husband and I are pretty much home bartenders for our friends.

Great glass
I purchased a Kuerig that does not have a fill line. I needed a measuring cup that would look good next to my coffeemaker. The max capacity is 10 oz. for my coffeemaker. I am so glad Amazon sells this measuring cup. It’s the perfect size and I use it every morning to fill up my Kuerig with water. I keep it on the counter and it looks great. High quality and thick glass.

Measures ounces & etching doesn't come off
✔ Measuring cups marked in fluid ounces are getting uncommon in USA. None of my other measuring cups has ounces. Ounces are useful for baking when you weigh your flour in ounces.✔ The markings are etched and don't wash off, unlike most of my measuring cups which only last a few years.✔/✘ Original description said it was safe for hot water. Now the ad doesn't seem to say. It hasn't shattered in my microwave. But I suggest caution, especially if the manufacturer ever changes the glass. If you do use it with hot fluid, keep in mind that the shape & lack of handle do not lend themselves to handling with a hot-pad. I use it only with warm, not really hot, fluids; that's safer.✘ By the same token, it needs a more thorough product description.✘ Judging from my scale, probably a bit inaccurate, especially for smaller measures. Not sure it's any worse than my other name-brand measuring cups tho, which also are off, and don't even agree with each other even across same name-brand! One likely problem is the base of mine at least isn't level.✘ The etching is hard to read. That's probably the price you pay for it not washing off.

Perfect drinks measure
My husband wanted a glass measure for his bar. I saw this one and decided to try it. He loves it. My only suggestion would be that it be 0.25 inch taller so the top measure is not at the lip. Otherwise, it works well, so well in fact, that we bought one for our son, too.

Convenient & attractive-
I love this glass! It's just the right size, I've used it for making cocktails and for keeping myself honest about the volume of any calorie-containing beverage I'm drinking. The measurement lines are easy to see, and the bottom is really heavy-it feels like a nice highball glass. You might not want it to measure liquids like a traditional measuring cup, there isn't a pouring spout so it could get messy, but the point of this glass is to measure & drink directly from it-no dirty measuring cup!

not real accurate otherwise I liked it
Well I'm frustrated because this is the 2nd measuring drinking glass I ordered (first from a different company) that has inaccurate marks. When I put 8 oz cup of liquid into this, it actually comes about 7.3 or 7.5 not to the 8 oz line. So I need to remember if I want to count calories and pour myself a cup of juice, to stop BEFORE I get to the 8 oz line otherwise I'm overpouring. I tested with 3 different measuring cups to make sure it wasn't a flaw in one of my cups. But they were all the same. I like the glass otherwise and I'm not sure yet whether to return it in exchange for another (might possibly have more accurate marks?) or just to always remember that. The 10 oz line on my glass is almost at the very top edge of the glass (nobody is going to pour that much liquid into the glass!) that makes me think when they placed the glass for etching it was placed incorrectly and all the marks should have been down a bit. The 4 oz however is a little more accurate however so I'm not real sure about that. Someone else had the idea to use a sharpie paint pen on their own glass and make the marks themself. I am considering doing the same thing now as this was a pretty expensive glass to be inaccurate.

Very accurate
After 3 tries, a glass that measures accurately - when compared with cooking measures from OXO. The measurement lines and numbers would be easier to read if they were black, but are readable as is.

Sturdy, fits in cabinet, looks good.
Love using the tall measuring cups rather than the one with handles which take up too much room. Happy with this.
