Nice idea and Well received secret santa gift. Seeds were on my recipients secret santa wishlist and this tin was just over the £5 gift price we had set but looked like a nice way of presenting seeds. When it arrived I thought it was very small and worried it would look like a pitiful gift to give. (Although these days theres not much one can buy for a fiver) However the recipient loved it. She somehow found out it was me that was her secret santa and said she cant wait to grow the flowers.

I purchased these along with a bee friendly seed pack so it is hard to say which product grew which flowers. We seemed to get a lot of blue flowers (see attached photos) and the garden became overgrown very quickly which unfortunately didn't help our mining bees who had nested there. Not sure I would purchase again.

These seeds took a while to grow and I was a bit skeptical about them growing but some of them are now in bloom and I have seen bees on the flowers. Photos attached.

Arrived very quickly. Really impressed with the quality of the product and was so pleased that I’ve purchased the butterfly seeds as a second stocking filler for my mum. Loved the follow up email from the seller explaining their company ethos and instructions on how best to plant the seeds. Well done all round.

Initially I wrote a glowing review on this product as it seemed like such an ingenious idea. 10 weeks in and there is no sign of the seed balls or the plants. To safeguard against the usual garden pests the seed balls are coated in chili. My guess then is that Colin the squirrel who lives nearby has more of a taste for South American cuisine.

Ich habe dieses Produkt gekauft um es zu verschenken. Hoffnung bestand darin dass die schöne Metalldose etwas hermacht. Doch leider weit gefehlt. Die losen Sambenbomben liegen lose in der Dose und können sich frei bewegen und produzieren damit eine Menge feinen Erdstaub. Da der Deckel nicht z.B. durch eine Dichtung wirklich dicht ist, wandert der größte Teil dieses Staubes in die Plastiktüte die um die Dose ist. Dadurch wirk die Dose, welche in der Produktbeschreibung wie aus dem Ei gepellt ist, abgeschabt und total dreckig. Also nicht dass was ich mir für ein Geschenk vorstelle. Weiter wurde von Amazon die Dose nur in einem harten Pappumschlag verpackt, so dass durch die rabiate Behandlung durch das Transportunternehmen die Dosen auch noch eingedellt sind. Schade schöne Idee aber an der Ausführung wäre noch zu feilen. Somit geht die wieder zurück.
