Hard to find in the shops
I needed this for a cake topping and having trudged round all the shops and supermarkets locally just for 1 tube I gave in and ordered a multi pack. (luckily the cake recipe is a winner) The sherbet is not quite as mouth-puckeringly sharp as I remember but it was enough to bring another dimension to my lemon cake

tasteless!
what has happened to the sherbet fountains? they are completely tasteless like eating baking flour. why change things after years and years and definately not for the better!
