I started getting severe knee pain about 6 months ago, I have taken cod liver oil since my 30's but only recently bought this brand, after 2 weeks I was walking to my car and realised the pain was completely gone!!, I cant say it was definitely the capsules that did it but it seemed like a big coincidence, anyway I continue to take them and the pain hasnt returned.

Quality cod liver oil at a great price
Great quality cod love oil that I use time and time again! There is no fishy taste which is great and I think over time it’s helped a little with stuff joints. I do find the tablets a little big though and considering you should take two it’s a bit much! But other than that I can’t fault them especially at the price.
