First off, the backpack is absolutely gorgeous. It looks just like the photos. At first I was concerned because several other reviewers commented that the beige/khaki backpack has a pinkish hue to it, but honestly I probably wouldn't have noticed it if not for other reviewers pointing it out. Interestingly, on the product tag, it actually says pale pink + brown in Chinese for the coloring so I think it's intentional! Nonetheless, it's a gorgeous backpack and I have no complaints regarding appearance. There are also SO many pockets which is wonderful.My only reason for giving 4 stars is the backpack straps are a bit thin and don't feel as sturdy as the rest of the backpack. Because of that, I'd be wary if you're the type of person to stuff your backpack to the brim with a ton of heavy items. Hopefully the straps will last! Other than that, absolutely love the backpack.

As a college student in New England, the weather changes year-round, and this backpack has made it through! This backpack is NOT waterproof, but it is WATER RESISTANT, and boy was it resisting. I also tend to get my backpacks dirty and spill stuff on them, but it is super easy to clean up this backpack with a damp cloth. It has also proven to be extremely sturdy and can take a beating. There are also many different pockets and compartments in this backpack which can be useful if you carry a lot of small things.The negatives:One thing I was a little sad about was the color, I purchased the khaki/beige backpack but its more of a pinkish khaki in certain lights. It's still super pretty and in the sun it looks khaki and not overly pink, and after a while, you don't even notice it has a pink hue unless you stare at it. Other than that I love this bag.

I usually don't do reviews but I had to do this one this backpack is so cute. I loved the size, and the color it was exactly what I expected. Very recommend. For those who want to know I got the blue nave color with clear beige. PERFECT.

I love everything about this backpack. Especially the fact that my Chromebook fits so perfectly. Also it has quite a few little places for notebooks and folders, as well as pens and pencils. Not to mention how utterly stylish it is. I'm verry happy with my purchase.

I bought one for my high school daughter, sturdy to the core. So my wife wanted one for work seeing how well it has lasted getting thrown around by a high school Junior all year.

It’s a beautiful backpack and I love everything about it, but I’ve only have it for a week and the zipper broke 🙁

The quality of the backpack is great! Just an FYI, if you are planning to use this as a carry-on for airplane travel, you will likely be pulled aside for the USB port attachment and possibly have the bag thoroughly checked to ensure you do not have a lithium battery in the bag. I witnessed this happen to someone else with a bag that had a USB port included.
