My 6 year old daughter loves this series of books. This one is extremely beautiful and I'm looking forward to giving it to her as her Christmas eve bedtime story. The addition of the music is very clever and really helps to bring they story to life.

This book is a Christmas present for my granddaughter.Wish these sort of books were around when I was a child,we didn’t have television in the 1940’s so we read a lot. Children today are so lucky to have a vast array of books.This book is great value for money,lovely pictures and a dip into classical music.

These books are beautiful. I am going to buy them for all of my younger relatives. The quality of the music is excellent.

Beautiful book that was given to my son aged 3 and has been read and listened to time and time again by both him and his brother over the past few years. Rebought as a gift for a child of a similar age.

I bought this and some of the others in the series as gifts for nieces and nephews. Brilliant price on offer for £6. They all love books so I can’t wait to give them these beautifully crafted books. Each has a story and information about the music pieces at the back of the book.A brilliant, engaging way to expose children to classical music. The music is married up nicely to each page in the story.I would say this is for children 5+ as there is quite a lot of text and might not hold attention of younger children. My only criticism is the buttons could be a little tricky for younger children to press and it would be better if the music played for a bit longer

Such a nice book. Does need a good press, just a little harder than I expected. But very happy it.

This is a delightful book, beautifully illustrated and simply written. It captured the imagination of my 5 yo daughter. Although the music is very brief it doesn’t really matter - it’s just enough for a child to listen to the variety of instruments and sounds, making a great talking point. A captivating book and a wonderful early introduction to The Nutcracker!
