Great bunk bed. Kids love it

Hubby and son in law put it together and said the instructions were best ignored! However, I have to say We are all really thrilled with this bunk bed with trundle. My daughter bought a similar set up from another company and this one knocks spots off it. The trundle allows for a full 20 cm mattress which makes it as comfortable as the other bunks. The ladder steps have been rounded so no sharp corners for little feet. The only addition we will add is some thin gliders under the trundle to make it easier to slide in and out. Best of all, it’s made in the U.K.! So banish any reservations about the comfort of the mattresses supplied, all three are as comfortable as each other. I don’t often do the reviews for items but this is definitely worth my time.

I like the idea of this bunk bed. Nice and plain. It is reasonably sturdy once assembled.However, many pieces of the wood had very large splinters. Also the wood was cracked in many places.It took 3 of us forever to put this together. The instructions were pretty rubbish. The delivery driver said it takes approx 2hrs to assemble, perhaps if you work in their factory as a carpenter, but for ordinary folk, it’s a lot longer to assemble.Personally I wouldn't recommend to anyone to buy this as it's not very good quality because of the cracks in wood and very large splinters in the wood. Some pieces of wood were bowed, making assembly difficult. I have attached pictures.Quality control is very poor, do they check the pieces when packing?We had to remove the large splinters, and sand down before assembly. The large splinters could have easily injured a child.The poor instructions we got around by using common sense, but the dangerous splinters are inexcusable.Come on Quality Control Department, get your act together before a child is injured.Re-write your instructions, and properly check each piece for splinters, cracks a and bowes and only then is the product worth recommending.

Hasn't been used yet cos of Covid but I hope the mattresses are OK - looked a bit lumpy!

Very sturdy and looks nice, delivery was sound. It is however quite a lot of effort to put together. Not complicated, but a lot of elbow grease is required. Get a few friends round and you can do it in less than a few hours .Overall, it is worth it though.

Pretty close to expectations. Only bit of feedback I can offer, from manufacturer's point of view, is please provide a decent Allen key and if you claim it to be British Made, get someone who speaks English to write the Assembly Instructions, they are quite poorly written. A few spare long screws wouldn't go amis either.

Very happy with the buy. Although the assembly instructions were a little bit challenging, I enjoyed it.
