I collect black cats from my travels. I went to Honduras last Christmas and looked and searched for a Day of the Dead cat everywhere. I found many, too small, too poorly painted or made to buy. I was sad because I like to buy artwork from the locals when I travel. So I went home sans cat. Saw this and fell in love. Bought it as a rememberance of Honduras to add to my collection. It did not disappoint. I love it.
