I liked that it is herbal cough syrup but it should be made effective in fungal infection also .

Over the 30 years, have tried many cough syrups, this is now my cough syrup of choice coz okay after taste and soothing on inflamed throat. Other syrups had either much more throat irritating alcohol/sugar or mint or bad after taste.
