I read reviews about diffusers before buying this, and I was so excited at this alternative to candles.ALAS.Issues:1. Initially, it appears the electrical cord has been forgotten. It hasn't. It is INSIDE the diffuser. Once you get the diffuser lid off, you can plug it in and discover that it is a waste of time, money, and effort.2. It is really loud. You can hear the water churning and not in a lush water-feature type way.3. The mist isn't a mist; it pipes smoke akin to a wizard's potion, but without the benefit of you getting to use a potion.4. The buttons stopped working completely. Hilarious.5. The light stopped working and just cut out completely. Too bad if I was going for the night light vibe.6. The buttons started to work again but they didn't operate the thing they were meant to operate.All in all: Doesn't do what it says on the tin. Returned after one use for a refund.

Purchased this for a gift and my mum loves it so easy to use, looks amazing you can change to so many different colours.I brought the same one from Selfridges for £75 and got ripped off. It only had one colour this is much cheaper half the price and does much more.So relaxing thank you for providing us with such a wonderful product.

This one is okay. It disperses the mist quite far and everything you'd expect to be good is alright, my main annoyance is the sound of the fan. It's too loud in my opinion. I did manage to sleep last night with it on next to me, and it worked really well - if only the fan were a bit quieter that's all. Maybe mine is defective? My landlord threw away the box overnight so I can't send it back to find out. I have had another cheap one from another brand recently, and that one was worse and louder! So this is not the worst out there for sure, it's alright enough that I'm willing to keep it for the price and just try to find another one which is quieter for sleeping next to.

To whom may read my comment,I had been this diffuser for 1.5 month before requesting to return it. From this moment goes back, It was perfect. My only query then was only, I guess majority of people are the same with me, Why the White color was programmed lastly in the circle of color when I press the "LIGHT" button which made me to press 12 times before it came to the white light? But my experience of this product was outstanding that issue so i think i would be fine. 1.5 month later, it started to be mad. The button did not do its exactly work, The "on/off button" was doing the "light button" job and "the light" button was not respondable. At the time i was writing this comment the light was jumping crazily. Gonna send it back on Monday when the Post Office is opened and hope Amazon accept the return.

I love this product, only drawback, very difficult to open once in use.Little indents on either side would solve this !Its great as large water capacity means longer lasting fragrance, and mist helps with breathing.Light just icing on the cake.
