Good product and good price.
The setup was relatively straight forward, but there was one step when setting up the sides of the gate and affixing them to the inner walls where I missed folding the tabs in, as it wasn't mentioned that they should be folded until after that step when they're looped back around, so I ended up forcing the first slots a bit.Aside from that, straightforward assembly, with adequate instructions. The durability is about what you'd expect of cardboard, so if you're making it for a toddler that's a bit rough or young, there may be some bending. It's also with noting that you may want to smooth the bottom edge of the main door, as it can fall rather heavily and could leave paper cuts with it's initial crisp edges. All in all, a solid purchase for the price.

Great for kids under 5
My son loves castles but after putting together itโs kind of just a decorative addition to his play room. The door does not stay open long enough for him to get in and out so we had to invent a different method to keep it opened. Also it would have been great if the inner castle walls to have animation but overall well made.

Fun, creative piece, but annoying to put together.
We got this as a Santa gift for our 2-, 5- and 8-year-old daughters. They loved it and played with it a ton in the week following Christmas. Very sturdy and well designed - it now resides in our basement and still gets some play. But it was a huge pain to assemble the night before Christmas. I'd recommend, but with the warning that it took a long time to put together (about an hour). I didn't read the description closely enough and thought it was the color-in kind, but the outside is fully colored already. My kid enjoyed coloring the inside, so not a huge deal. Fun, creative piece, but annoying to put together.

Dream Castle
What a dream! This made Frozen play even more real for my granddaughter. She loves it. She even 'redecorated the inside' with orange paint. (Must have been watching too much HGTV during Shelter in Place!) She painted the inside and the cardboard withstood the new decor. When my children were this age they had a 'See's Candy Shop' of similar style and they loved it. This was perfect. Highly recommended.

Intricate, overpriced cardboard box
Ask yourself: What's a minute of your child's play worth to you? This is a $35 cardboard box. Then, add the cost of the hour or so of your time that you will spend reading diagrams, folding an endless number of flaps, and inserting them into an endless number of slots. When you're done, you're left with a cardboard box that is too fragile for children to play in. It technically may exceed 5' when considering the cheap flimsy towers on the corners, but the actual enclosure barely came up to my 4 year old's armpits. When it was done, it literally got less than one minute of play time, which amounted to them opening the door, going inside, feeling claustrophobic, having me take their picture, and then exiting to go play with better toys.I suppose the $35 is justified if you consider the amount of R&D necessary to design and manufacture the most intricate and delicate cardboard box imaginable. However, if you want your kids to be able to actually play in a box, I would recommend going to your UPS or U-Haul store and buying a cardboard box with 6 sides and some rigidity. You could even cut a hole in it. Your kids will use their imagination, and you'll keep your sanity. My kids did have a blast bouncing on their indoor trampoline and watching me put this together. If you feel compelled to buy something like this online, skip this and buy a kid's play tent for less.

Fun gift
This was a nice gift. Durability not the greatest, but still fun for kids if they're not too rough.

My kids love this castle and it does seem wellMade for a cardboard castle but I do feel that it took way longer then it should have to put together. My husband spent 2 hours on Christmas setting this up with not very detailed instructions. I also feel it's a bit over priced for what you get, but my kids enjoy it and I would purchase again.

Super cool
my 5 year old niece loves this castle. She plays with it all the time. She's usually the knight and I'm the bad dragon. She loves nothing more then yelling "bad dragon!!" and slams the gate/door down.
