are you interested in learning about the America's court systems? well, this will be where to start learning the process and what applies and what not. i give it a 4 starts because i received a c grade in the class. i wish i was smart to get an a grade, i can be a lawyer or judicial representative. good luck.

I purchased this book for a college class and it has a lot of useful information in it. The book was also shipped on time and was in prefect condition when I received the book. I would recommend buying this book again if you are interested in how the American Courts and Judicial System works.

Very well written book!!!My professor assigns us tons of reading and thankfully this is a very interesting book so I really enjoy taking that extra time to study! There are many topics and laws in this book I never thought manageable and Im sure many people are unaware of. It is very beneficial to anyone in Criminal Justice, or just interested in our law.

Was needed for school

Bought this book for my Judicial Process in America class. I enjoyed reading the book and found it to be very informative. I learned a lot from it, which is great considering I am a CJ major.

I had to take an American Courts class and we had to read this book. I liked this book and it made it easier for me to understand the justice system. It is pretty organized content-wise as well. No regrets, I obtained knowledge. Thank you!

I like the book. Very informative for Criminal Justice and the Legal System class I am currently enrolled in. Obviously not an everyday read, but it's definitely a good textbook - more interesting than many I have encountered in the past.

it does the job for what the subject matter is, although making the court system as watchable as CSI, JAG, or other legal-beagles is an Olympian feat.
