Started taking them, hopeful they work. They seem to be of very good quality, will keep purchasing for awhile.

So far, so good. Came highly recommended so i am hoping for continued benefits. I bought i primarily because i have had itchy skin for months that i dont know the cause of and also red rashy patches on my face. Both have improved since i started taking this but i have also been doing red light therapy at my gym. So i cannot say 100% this is the cause. But most likely they are working together.

I've been taking this on and off, no real change yet. Would like to know what would be considered a therapeutic dose.

I resisted buying this as the whole supplement world is crazy confusing. I watched Bart Kay on YouTube, he convinced me. I am very happy with the product. I was getting fatigued in the afternoons, now my energy level is much improved. It’s early days, I will update after 30 days but, money back if not satisfied so buy this product. You’ll never look back.
