Petstages Cool Teething Stick Dog Toy

This is literally the best idea anyone has ever had for a teething puppy - perfect! My dog loves it, and so do my hands, it saves them a lot of pain. It's also great as a toy when it's not frozen, all the little parts are great at keeping your puppy interested. The only down side is that you have to watch out for those ribbons; my pup has nearly chewed off most of them, so I have to keep cutting them so she doesn't choke on them. But the toy is still great without them, and as long as you keep an eye on it you should be fine.

Well made sturdy dog toy

Unsure weather it was a mistake or a gift but either way they’re brill for the price. Now I have both in freezer and can rotate and my girl is crying often and it’s just her front I can see coming through at the moment. Hoping these see my German shepherd puppy through the worst of it. Many thanks to the seller. The colours and tassels get her attention then once she feels the cold on her gums she kinda just melts into herself you can see the relief in her little eyes. It survived the first chew session so that’s also a win! One minor complaint is the brand could benefit by offering larger sizes for larger breeds but that’s it. A+

When I unpacked the puppy teething and cooling toy it was much smaller than I was expecting. In the companies defence I did not check the dimensions so that was down to me. I soaked and froze the toy last night ready to give to our 9 week teething French Bulldog puppy. I have the toy to our puppy at first he was not interested but eventually he started to hold it in his mouth and seemed to get some comfort from it. I picked it up to re soak and freeze and noticed the seam had started to come apart and at just under £14 is very poor value for money. I use Amazon almost every day as my partner is disabled and so Amazon is a fantastic way for us to shop without having to go out with the electric wheelchair - we also live in a country village. I ordered a free replacement in the hope a new one may be better quality and the one we have was a one off sub standard toy. In order to take it back to the Post Office I need to get my partner into the car and take our 9 week old puppy with us. I like that we don’t need to pack it up or pay to return it - my issue is that it makes life more complicated to have to take a disabled person out just to do this - life is hard as a full time carer and it would be nice if there was a collection from home option (but only given 3 different drop-off choices). If it happens again - I will just ask for my money back. A very disappointing toy and experience..!!

I ordered this for our new puppy. She seems to love it and is often seen round running round the house with it sticking out the side of her mouth like some weird cigar! She especially likes the tassel parts which are a great distraction from the tassels on the sofa throw! I didn't realise when i purchased it that it was freezable, i thought there would just be a hard center so to find it was freezable was an added bonus although it doesn't seem to get particularly hard or cold even when left overnight. She seems to like it either way and her pin like teeth don't seem to have pierced an of it yet. It is a small toy so i probably wouldn't recommend it for large breeds.

Dog loved this, really gave comfort.

I was skeptical to begin with, however it has been incredibly useful for my teething puppy. It freezing pretty quickly and seems to give him some relief

They say: ‘Petstages Cool Teething Stick freezes to provide cooling relief for tender gums. The fabric outer layer is crunchy and fun when frozen and the mould resistant filling is perfect for freezing and washing.’ Dexter says: Textures and things that crinkle are unsurprisingly enticing for curious puppies, teething pains or not. Streamers, flags and ribbons add interest on this item and the option to pop this toy in the freezer to provide relief to pups with sore gums is great - in theory. I do wish it lasted longer, however, as this was the reason I bought this item. Even when frozen for hours, it’s only slightly colder and wears off quickly. It is easy to wipe clean and my puppy hasn’t managed to inflict any damage (yet?). However, that may be a simple case of him favouring his Nylabone Teething Pacifier over this one. In hindsight, I wouldn't buy it. Positive: - Fun design - Interesting crinkle texture - Easy to clean Negative: - Freezing makes little difference

Jouet très attractif

Tamanho perfeito, boa qualidade, colorido e leve

A mi perro le estan saliendo los dientes y no paraba de morderlo todo. Conjelo este juguete y se lo doy. Es lo que encontrado que le calma mas

I purchased this toy because I heard that cold toys can help soothe puppies during the teething stage, and it’s been a hit with my Great Dane puppy! He loves the colorful strings and the satisfying crunch when he bites down on it. The different textures keep him interested, and he really seems to enjoy chewing on it while it’s cold. My only downside is that it doesn’t stay frozen for very long, so the cooling benefits don’t last as long as I’d like. Overall, it’s a fun option for teething puppies, but be prepared to refreeze it frequently!
