Despite what the description says, these socks are only 65% cotton on the outer layer. 0% cotton on the inner layer.

I bought these socks after getting bad blisters from cheaper sports socks and they have been amazing. The double layer stops any rubbing and I've had no blisters since I started using these. The furthest I've run so far is 11 miles and had no problems whatsoever.The only advice I'd say is go up a size. I am a size 5 and bought S 3-5.5 and I think they may have contributed to giving me a black toenail as they were too tight. I recently bought a M 6-8.5 pair and since using these my toes have been so much better and they are a much more comfortable fit.Overall great product and great value for money.

Lovely socks but I was hoping they'd help prevent blisters - but could be just my issue as opposed to product. They are comfortable to wear - but for my feet I would need to avoid 10km runs in the them to avoid blistering - again this doesn't represent the product, my friend has these and she has no problem with blisters.

Bought these after getting a few too many blisters.My feet had completely healed, so I tried these out and they seemed OK. Then they shrank in the wash (30 degrees, everything else fine), but still fitted, so tried again and got blisters after a short walk, second wash = more shrinking and more blisters.Found a pack of three pairs own brand blister resist socks in Sainsburys for £4, and they've washed up nicely and not caused blisters....

Bought these for my husband to try as he is always complaining about trainer socks slipping down at the heel. They fit him well he’s a size 10, very good quality and he said they are comfortable and so far have not slipped of when hiking.

Started getting a blister on the arch of just one foot recently after finishing couch to 5k plan so ordered these and I was sceptical. Wow! Just did another 30 min run and no blister not even a hint of rubbing - magic!!

Small fitting but great quality apart from this.
