I got this iron when JML first launched it and have only just now replaced it with another.It irons flawlessly thanks to its non stop steam which is ready in less than 30 seconds. You can control how much steam that comes out and it has a large enough water tank to iron 4 shirts on high steam which consumes water faster than if using lower steam levels. You dont need to iron both sides of clothing as the powerful steam does that for you so you save time.You can also turn the steam function off with a click of a button.The ceramic base slids on clothing like silk. And the long wire comes in handy too.You can even descale it easily by unscrewing the triangle head and giving it a quick rinse. But ive only done that once in my many years of owning my previous Phoenix Gold iron.The only downside to it is that its a little heavier than your regular iron.Best iron ever and highly recommend.

Awful....had a few months, and now not heating up at all....is there a warranty with this? I would like to return for a full refund and purchase the original plug one. This one has never really heated properly anyway!There is no way return on amazon...please

I was excited to get this JML iron as advertised it looked fab... well!! Hard to see dial for heat settings, said it slides over labels / prints on tops... NO it doesn't... iron bedding on the bed the heat does not last at all cordless.... it does the job but nothing extra special like how it's advertised

I have one of these irons, and I was so worried they would discontinue the make I ordered another one. They are just so good because you don't have any flex attached to the iron, so ironing is just trouble free.

When ironing you must constantly press the steam button, then, when you place the iron back into the cradle there's a big burst of steam and water comes out of the pores, running down into the cradle, could be unsafe? The temperature settings dial is so close to the handle that you change the temperature when you remove your hand. Finally the flex or cord is too stiff, after unwinding it from the iron, it needs to be stretched to remove the kinks. On the plus side it's a lovely looking iron, the detachable cradle is a brilliant idea, and the ceramic plate looks easy to clean. The problems with my iron might be a one off, BUT, WHO KNOWS? YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Merry Christmas to all (Ha Ha Ha)!!??
