OK I may be a bit glib in my title but I cant get enough of this stiff I buy so much of it. This stuff is ,so tasty and so good for you, the flavoured ones are great but have a bit of added sugars but if you go for unsweetened and add flavoured protein powder its pure heaven. Natural yoghurt can help you gut bacteria,is full of protein and therefore fills you up for ages, you can eat this as a snack of a healthy dessert . Its so easy to make (if you have the easiyo maker) just boil some water and wait a few hours -simple!

This is so easy to make and keeps in the fridge for a week! I prefer the plain yogurt, I can flavour it as I like and put on cereal. Also great for smoothies. Quick delivery from seller. ( Lakeland)

Very easy to make. Great as a standby for when I’ve ran out of fresh yogurt as my breakfast is a chopped banana, Greek. Yoghurt and honey every morning.

i love this as its plain yoghurt. i use for cereal and smoothies which i add for the protein . easy to make if u do it late evening nxt morning put in the fridge to chill for a while. i do not eat favoured yoghurt so this ideal u can add whatever u want i put in the berry powders from amazon. my grandkids like the honey i add.
