The product itself was not to my liking. However i have never had the pleasure of dealing with a more thoughtful company. They were so professional and helpful …… it makes you want to support them. They were so nice to deal with. In fact I’m going to take another look to see if there is anything else I may like. I would definitely highly recommend them

Item pump was faulty. Owner seemed to think it was ok to have your hands smelling of the oil all day. At 4.99 will take my lesson in the chin and buy elsewhere in future. Shame.

Part of the appeal of this was the simple, glamour-free packaging, but you should know that it is not the simple, glamour-free packaging featured in the pictures, rather it is a very plastic, nasty white packaging which may be 'recyclable' but is about as environmentally friendly as any thick white plastic cheap pot.Ugly and with an extra cap, which makes it less sound that the named-brand versions I have bought before.I am not really that worried about the packaging, but it is nothing like advertised and is not 'green', it is just a cheaper label.Product is not dreadful, but if you chose it for its no-frills approach for environmental reasons then you should not use that as a reason for this one.The pump also does not work well at all.Basically I wanted what was shown in the pictures and that is not what we got. Very disappointed and also feel cheated by this duplicity.

Nice smell different to usual floral air freshener. Third time I’ve purchased. The pump action isn’t good, so I decant it into another disprnser.

This doesn’t really do what I expected it to do as I normally use the Poo pourri Which is brilliant but very expensive

This smells lovely and friends and family have bought some after saying how lovely my toilet smelt.

Don't like this at all. Cheap smelling and looking and overpriced for what it is.
