**Q: Does it include a probe?**
A: Yes it does come with a probe

**Q: Can this be used to hold water at a constant boil (212F) or higher?**
A: The set point goes up to 212oF but not higher.  So It should be able to hold temp in the 211-213 oF range.  I don't know if that would be a constant boil or not but it would be close.

**Q: can I put the whole sensor in the water tank to control the  tempurature?**
A: No

**Q: Does this unit can use another type of probe? What type of probe uses?**
A: What "type" are you referring? This control uses a resistance type sensor, electrical interference may affect sensor signals. when extending the connected wire a shielded type wire is recommended. and increasing the gauge is also recommended. The probe cam also be used for liquids, but should be in a well.
