I have tested this sensor holder/clamp on a few cars now and I can testify that it does indeed give good results. It gives somewhat erratic readings at idle but at 1500 rpm and above it gives the same readings as the sensor in the front pipe. It does have to be secured properly though, the little thumb screw is not enough and will mark the exhaust tip. I used ducting tape. It has proved very useful on multiple cars for quick set ups and readings. Overall recommended.

I ordered this tailpipe clamp because i wanted to be able to monitor air/fuel ratios without having a fitting welded into my exhaust pipe.The clamp worked as expected and the build quality is top notch. The clamping screw CAN loosen after a while so some duct tape shouldbe used if you plan to drive the vehicle during the test. Also i read that it's best to place the wide band O2 sensor upstream of catalyticconverter so that should be something to consider before buying this. The vehicle that I am testing does not legally require a cat so that'snot an Issue for me.

I use this tool for road tuning pretty often. Apart from the reviews saying to tape it to the exhaust (which I have done) it’s a solid purchase! Great for tuning on the road, and on the dyno. Highly recommend!!
